Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Coverage:
We offer a two-year limited warranty on all our products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

2. Warranty Period:
The warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase. During this period, any defective product will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

3. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Damage due to external causes such as accidents, abuse, or improper use.

Terms of Shipping

1. General Information
We ship worldwide. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Times

  • European Union (EU): Orders typically arrive within 1 week from the day of dispatch.

  • Rest of the World: Delivery usually takes up to 1 month, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • In rare cases, international shipments may take several months due to customs delays, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

4. Order Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days.

5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may vary by country. In some cases, tracking may not function correctly or may not display all shipment updates. However, the delivery success rate is very high at 99.5%, so sometimes patience is key. :)

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs, transportation issues, or local postal services.

  • Packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Customs and Import Duties
International shipments (countries outside European Union) may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
